After a powerful meeting today with my coaching team and a school admin team, our lead coach asked... how did we build such trust here? Great question. The conversation revealed the deep trust that one principal has in the fact that she doesn't need to know what we are doing with her teachers... but she feels change in the air and considers the coaching model as a key part in this change...
